Take 5 Oil Change

1 star only because 0 not an option. Pulled up behind a truck already in progress so basically 3rd person to be served. 1 hour and 20 minutes later I entered the bay! If not trapped in line I would have drove away…considered jumping curbs since in my Wrangler. Requested economy oil change and presented my $25 off coupon, and was told they don’t carry my 5w20 oil in economy and the coupon doesn’t work on economy when they try to input it in the transaction. I called ahead to verify price and coupon was text to me from the customer service agent! I should have called it quits there, but already there and needed a change so went ahead for next cheaper option. Of course they wanted to recommend me change all the extras unnecessarily as I had recently. $86 later I got a bullshit service after 1 hour 45 minutes overall. Will not return, sticking with my $55 dealer appts.

I have a puddle of oil on the ground in my garage after having my oil changed. Oil is completely empty and will need towed now. They didn't even clean the oil off my engine. i will be in contact tomorrow.

Shaelynn and Dave were very informative and professional. I appreciate their honesty and willingness to tell me what could wait and what needed to be taken care of immediately. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a timely and efficient oil change. And an added bonus is, you can always find a coupon online.

I give them a five star because of their consistent service they provide. I have taken my trailblazer here since the first oil change and they are quick, precise and courteous. They do always try to sell me something which I don't like, but I know it's their job to do that. I will continue to take my truck here and when i get another new one I will continue to go here.

This place was great. The 2 guys worked well together. I'm thrilled that I chose Take 5. I went for an oil change, they looked up my car fax and let me know what was or wasn't done, (it's a 2007 Buick) I'll go back every time I need something done, or just advise on what may or may not needs done with my vehicle. Highly recommended. Thanks again to you both!? Oh, and they checked everything, tires, fluids etc.
